Electronic complaints book
Customers or users who wish to express dissatisfaction with the provision of services, marketing of products or quality of service, may formally submit a complaint, which is subject to analysis and treatment by Ecomoverentals. The complainant must indicate identification elements that enable the analysis and clearly and completely describe the facts that motivate the complaint. The complaint can be presented in three possible ways:
– In the Electronic Complaints Book available at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt
– By email addressed to info@way2rentals.com
Ecomoverentals always formally communicates the decision, whether the complainant is right or in other cases. All steps are taken to quickly conclude complaint processes. In cases of a high degree of complexity, the complainant is kept informed, through the means considered most appropriate.
